BARNFIND-USA is our office in the Americas. Customer support, service, marketing, and sales for the Americas are handled by BARNFIND-USA and a select number of qualified and trained distributors. We are located near Greensboro North Carolina (USA) which allows us access to the entire East coast and most of the Midwest within a few hours of driving; for longer distances and to visit our West coast customers, we use one of two international airports; Raleigh NC (RAL) and Greensboro NC (GSO).
BARNFIND-USA maintains an inventory of popular units and accessories, however, most of our shipments are sent from our factory in Norway. We ship using FedEx International Priority and, for USA destinations we ship free-of-charge if we are shipping to a single location in the continental USA. Typically, it takes 3 – 5 days for shipments from our factory to reach any USA destination; it is also the same with most other countries in the Americas though this does depend on the location.
